The order is processed within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Sunday, and the standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from Monday to Saturday.

If it’s been less than 14 working days, you just need to be a little more patient, your item is on its way!

If your entire order has still not arrived after up to 14 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate the tracking number and reship your items if necessary.

Damages and Issues

Opened and unopened products are eligible for returns

• You can return any product, opened or unopened, within 30 days of purchase.
• For a full refund, exchange, or store credit, make sure your items are returned in good condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Opened & unopened products are eligible for return.
